Detailed instructions on how to cancel an order


1. Log in to your account (click the profile icon in the top right corner).


2. Click "Bestellungen" in the account menu.


3. In the order card click "Hilfe erhalten".


4. In "Warum möchtest du den Händler kontaktieren?" choose "Keine der oben genannten".


5. In "Worum geht es bei deiner Anfrage?" choose "Keine der oben genannten".


6. In the "Nachrichten und Anhänge" field enter your message. For example:
Hello, I would like to cancel my order [Order number]. Please confirm the cancellation and refund. Thank you, [Your Name].


7. After entering the message, click "Anfrage erstellen".


Note:
Your request is usually processed within one business day. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used, typically within 1–3 business days.
